Paste That Smile On, Mr. President

Here’s a little Friday night fun for you. A while back the President and First Lady were at the UN and took photos with foreign heads of state or dignitaries from about 130 countries, and someone turned them into a 20 second video.

Doesn’t sound that interesting, does it? Well just watch President Obama’s smile. It’s unbelievably consistent. No matter who he’s standing by, the President manages to paste on that same ear-to-ear grin. Just hilarious!

As the video’s creator said:

Ladies and gentlemen, your President is a robot. Or a wax sculpture. Maybe a cardboard cutout. All I know is no human being has a photo smile this amazingly consistent.

Saturday Night Live: President Obama and the Party Crashers

On Saturday, SNL did a sketch on President Obama and the Salahis. You remember them, Michaele and Tareq, the couple that crashed the President’s first state dinner. It’s not Saturday Night Live’s greatest political comedy skit, but it’s not bad. At four minutes, it drags on a bit to long. If you just want the highlights, start watching about two minutes in.
