The Problem with America's Healthcare availablity is INSURANCE. The insurance companies are making all of the money through premiums and capitation programs that are labeled as HMO's and PPO's. Thats what you need to work on..but then again you'll have to fight the lobbyist first!

It doesn't really make sense that you would translate the video into Arabic and Persian. It would be like saying that you should translate a video for Muslims into Hebrew. I'm sure there are some Hebrew speaking Muslims, but I probably wouldn't worry about it.
