You scratch my back ..or tummy and I'll scratch yours....isn't that how it works in Washington.;-)

I believe the blame is from previous administration that failed to focus on US citizens as a primary. We were lied to in order to begin a war that help with the economy to a degree. Millions of people have lost jobs, banks have taken advantage of the crisis that plague us now, and schools are struggling to stay open as they teach. We must find a new way of improving the system that is in place today.
